Just write somewhere what is wrote in these doors and use for example Google Translate.
What about language, first time I thought this is latin, but I guess it's italian.
Unless Blue66 will tell about this everything soon ;)

Hey guys!
The inscription on the gate is actually a quote from the Italian original "Dante's Inferno", which is a famous book from Dante Alighieri in 1472. If you want to read the English translation, it is also in the game. If you are at the gate, look nearby for a skeleton holding a piece of paper. He translated the inscription before he died ;)

[useless fun fact]
Before the original release, there was no Italian text in the game. A beta tester wrote me an email and said, he found this quote very interesting, but at the same time kind of stupid, because if the original Dante's gate to hell would be in the game, there should be the original Italian text on it as well. And because he had some copies of Dante's Inferno lying around (one original in Italian too), he could provide me with the actual original text that would be on the real Gate to Hell. I thought this could make this game at least a little bit more intellectual, so I liked the little effect. I still thought the English version should still be in it as well, so everyone who doesn't speak Italian would get it too, so I added the skeleton with the translation. ;)
When there's no more room in hell,
the dead will walk the earth.
